Songs of a Distant Planet
was originally created in 1995 to accompany the guided visualization in the Yume No Mai Dance of Dreams workshop with Tokiko DeSola.

Ten years later it has been re-born!

With added music and digital re-mastering it is now in
it’s completion, ready to stand on its own.

Songs of a Distant Planet is an expression of a much calmer and more meditative side of my work as a composer.

Through vision and enthusiasm, Tokiko played an important role in the direction of this music and
it is with this in mind that I dedicate this work to her.
